I'm a more chuffed than something that chuffs for a living. BECAUSE... drum roll.... Jim Reaper and The Glove of Death has been picked as one of the year's top 50 children's books by the Children's Book Award peeps. I love them deeply.
If you haven't read it, yet, then why don't you..... It'll spook, thrill and amuse you beyond your wildest dreams. Is that going too far?...

You know I love snails, right?
Let's take a moment to think about George. The Hawaiian Achatinella apexfulva - the last of its kind - has died. Big slimy love to all those that cared for him and did all they could to keep the species going... sob.
To set you on your journey to becoming fantastic humans, I've started a new page called Bite-Size Books where I'll list the books that I've recently read and really loved. There should be something to get your teeth stuck into. Unless you're a vampire, in which case you may be disappointed with the texture.
